We are seeking an experienced, customer-focused Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager to join our growing Lexus dealership. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated professional with a proven track record in automotive finance, strong attention to detail, and a passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience.

As a key member of our sales and finance team, you will be responsible for presenting and selling finance and protection products, structuring profitable deals, ensuring regulatory compliance, and helping customers make informed purchasing decisions.

Requirements:

Key Responsibilities

• Present and sell finance, insurance, warranty, and vehicle protection products to customers.
• Secure financing through approved lending institutions.
• Structure automotive retail transactions for maximum profitability while maintaining compliance standards.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations governing automotive finance transactions.
• Complete and process all required paperwork, contracts, and delivery documents accurately and efficiently.
• Perform post-sale audits to ensure deal accuracy and identify opportunities for continual improvement.
• Maintain all required certifications and stay current on industry regulations and best practices.
• Ensure timely funding and completion of all financed transactions.
• Collaborate effectively with sales, accounting, and management teams to support dealership goals.

Qualifications

Required

• 2+ years of dealership F&I Manager experience.
• Automotive F&I experience with a demonstrated record of success.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Attention to detail and strong CIT (Contract-in-Transit) management skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to set, achieve, and exceed performance goals.
• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work effectively across departments.
• Working knowledge of automotive finance structures, lender programs, and compliance requirements.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Preferred

• Experience with dealership software.
• Previous Lexus or other high-line luxury automotive experience.
• College degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Compensation & Benefits

This is a performance-driven position offering a highly competitive compensation package designed to reward individual achievement and results.

Compensation may include:

• Commission based on individual product sales and reserve income.
• Bonuses tied to individual Net PVR (Per Vehicle Retail), product penetration, and manufacturer approvability metrics.
