Westlake is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to coordinate and support HR activities for the Greencastle, PA manufacturing facility. You will build relationships with leaders and act as liaison, resolving employee issues and communicating policies. You will support payroll administration, compensation activities, recruiting, training, and performance management while advising on discipline decisions.
