Our client, a leading organization in the finance industry, is seeking a Product Owner (Salesforce Functional Architect) to join their team. As a Product Owner (Salesforce Functional Architect), you will be part of the project management team supporting various stakeholders and scrum teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully within the organization.

What's the Job?

• Oversee large-scale projects involving multiple stakeholders and scrum teams to ensure timely delivery.

• Coordinate with project personnel, stakeholders, and end-users to gather and define project requirements.

• Initiate and outline project plans, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and policies.

• Implement document control policies, templates, and change management processes to maintain project integrity.

• Monitor project progress, communicate updates to management, and adjust plans as necessary to meet objectives.

What's Needed?

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in project management roles, with a focus on technology projects.

• Understanding of Azure DevOps project management system and software development lifecycle.

• Strong knowledge of Salesforce.com backend and experience working with Salesforce projects.

• Outstanding leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and coordinate across diverse teams.
