The Robinson Allstate Agency is expanding into diverse cultural markets across the DallasFort Worth area, and were looking for producers who can build trust and protection with families in their own language and cultural community. Our mission is to deliver personalized insurance solutions rooted in clarity, respect, and lasting relationships not fear or stereotypes.
Were seeking someone who speaks English and another language (Spanish, Mandarin, Hindi, Punjabi, Vietnamese, etc.) and who deeply understands the values and family structures within those communities. In this role, you will help families especially first-generation households protect what matters most with Allstate Auto, Home, and Personal Lines products through trusted education and meaningful conversation.
Success here comes from consistent activity, strong follow-up, and community connection not from waiting for inbound calls. We provide leads and development; your role is to turn trust into protection plans that families rely on.

ResponsibilitiesQuote, sell, and bind Allstate Auto, Home, and Personal Lines
Build and manage a strong sales pipeline
Educate prospects and clients on coverage options and protection gaps
Ask for referrals from clients and community advocates
Use consultative techniques not price cutting to deliver value
Track activity, pipeline, and CRM notes accurately
Meet daily and monthly activity expectations
RequirementsFluent in English plus Mandarin, Spanish, Hindi/Punjabi, or other community language
