Compensation and Benefits The position offers competitive compensation, with a base salary ranging from $65,000 to $75,000 and participation in our success sharing plan. Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless loan process, maintaining open communication and teamwork to address any client concerns. Gather necessary documentation, conduct thorough assessments of borrower creditworthiness, and prepare detailed reports. Stay updated on industry regulations and internal policies to maintain compliance. Engage in problem‑solving to resolve any issues that arise during the underwriting process. Qualifications Strong analytical abilities to interpret financial statements and credit reports effectively.
