IT Project manager

Job Title: IT Project Manager

Location: 100 Connell Drive, Berkeley Heights, NJ 07922

Work Arrangement: 5 days/week On-site

Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire

Key Requirements:

We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager with a strong background in:

• Managing and interacting with external clients/customers
• Customer experience and client relationship management
• Managing risk, timelines, and project costs
• Payment processing and related projects
• Managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills
• Experience with SaaS is a plus, but not mandatory

Important Notes:

• Candidates should have hands-on Project Management experience.
• We are not looking for Scrum Masters, Facilitators, or Project Coordinators.
• Previous experience with companies such as Bank of America or T-Mobile is acceptable if the candidate has the required project management, client-facing, payment processing, and risk/time/cost management experience.
• SaaS experience is preferred but not required.
