Direct Support Professional (DSP) *$1,750 Sign On Bonus *

Pay: $18.15 per hour Job description: Full Time, Part Time & Per-Diem roles available!!! Employees are welcome to pick up extra shifts to get more hours! Salary: $18.15 per hour plus benefits! Responsibilities Provide direct support and assistance to individuals with developmental disabilities or autism Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and medication administration Ensure the safety and well-being of individuals under your care Promote independence and community integration for individuals with disabilities Document and maintain accurate records of services provided Advocate for the rights and needs of individuals with disabilities Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations Requirements Valid Driver's License and High School Diploma/GED. Comfortable driving a 15-passenger van - you will be road tested prior to starting. Must attend additional trainings within 6 months of hired (CPR, SCIP, AMAP). Comfortable with daily use of technology (computer, email, phone, typing etc). Effective verbal and written communication. $1,750 sign on bonus after sucessful completion of 6 months Note: The employee may be required to perform other duties as assigned.
