Key Responsibilities: Provide direct nursing care in accordance with each resident’s plan of care, including medication administration, assessments, wound care, and accurate documentation. Supervise and support Nursing Assistants in daily clinical tasks. Monitor residents’ conditions and promptly notify physicians of changes. Promote a safe, therapeutic, and compassionate care environment. Qualifications: Nursing degree from an accredited college or university. Active and unencumbered RN license in the State of Ohio . Current CPR certification. Skills and Attributes: Knowledge of nursing and medical practices, procedures, and state/federal long-term care regulations. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. Ability to lead and collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams. Organized, dependable, and resident-focused.
