Your future role at a glance Location: Hoffman Estates, IL Facility: Ascension Alexian Brothers Behavioral Health Hospital Department: Adult PsychiatricNursing Unit Schedule: Night shift | Full-time | 3x12s Salary Range: $42.43 - $59.90 per hour How you'll make an impact in this role Provided direct nursing care to behavioral health patients, conducting comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and monitoring patient progress throughout treatment. Developed, implemented, and updated individualized nursing care plans aligned with multidisciplinary treatment goals and patient needs. Collaborated with interdisciplinary treatment teams to participate in case conferences, revise treatment objectives, and coordinate patient-centered care. Facilitated therapeutic interventions, including group therapy sessions, evaluated patient responses to treatment, and modified care plans to support positive clinical outcomes. What minimum qualifications you'll need Licensure / Certification / Registration: BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Registered Nurse credentialed from the Illinois Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or jobtransfer date required. Education: Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time ofhire.
