Come join us!Physician Assistant Role Description:We are seeking a dedicated Physician Assistant to join our comprehensive women's health team. The PA will work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team including Certified Nurse Midwives, Mental Health Therapists, and Health & Wellness Coaches to provide exceptional, holistic care to women across all life stages at our Murfreesboro, TN clinic location.Key ResponsibilitiesClinical CareConduct comprehensive women's health examinations including annual gynecological exams, contraceptive counseling, and preventive careDiagnose and treat common gynecological conditions and women's health issuesPerform routine procedures including Pap smears, STI testing, contraceptive device insertion/removalProvide preconception counseling and basic fertility assessmentsManage routine prenatal and postpartum care in collaboration with CNMsOrder and interpret diagnostic tests and laboratory resultsPatient Care & EducationDevelop individualized treatment plans focusing on patient-centered careProvide comprehensive patient education on women's health topicsCounsel patients on lifestyle modifications, preventive care, and health maintenanceSupport patients through health transitions including menopause managementCollaborate with mental health and wellness team members for integrated care approachDocumentation & ComplianceMaintain accurate and timely electronic health recordsEnsure compliance with all regulatory requirements and clinical protocolsParticipate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical outcomes trackingStay current with evidence-based practices in women's healthTeam CollaborationWork closely with CNMs, physicians and support staffParticipate in case consultations and multidisciplinary care planningContribute to a positive, collaborative team environmentMentor and support other clinical team members as appropriateEducation & CertificationMaster's degree from an accredited Physician Assistant programCurrent certification by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA)Current state licensure as a Physician Assistant in practice locationCurrent BLS certification; ACLS preferredExperience & SkillsMinimum 1 year of clinical experience preferred (new graduates considered)Experience in women's health, family medicine, or related field preferredStrong clinical assessment and diagnostic skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesProficiency with electronic health record systemsCommitment to evidence-based practice and continuous learningPreferred QualificationsExperience with routine gynecological proceduresKnowledge of contraceptive methods and family planningExperience with prenatal care and women's health across the lifespanBilingual abilities (Spanish preferred in select markets)Experience in collaborative care modelsBenefitsCompetitive compensationRelocation stipend and assistanceMedical, dental & vision plans, with an HSA/FSA option401(k) with employer matchPaid time offPaid parental leaveDiana Health CultureHaving a growth mindset and striving for continuous learning and improvementPositive, can do / how can I help attitudeEmpathy for our team and our clientsTaking ownership and driving to resultsBeing scrappy and resourceful
