Key Responsibilities

• Proactively engage with local businesses to grow catering sales
• Assist kitchen in preparation of orders to ensure operational excellence in catering quality and timely execution
• Lead catering deliveries or coordinate trained team members to execute them
• Train and equip team members to perform catering operations at a high level
• Create joyful catering experiences that encourage word-of-mouth marketing
• Take full ownership of all catering performance, both positive and negative
• Handle guest recovery to maintain loyalty

Qualifications & Requirements

• Passion for developing and working with young workers
• At least 18 years old with reliable transportation
• Detail-oriented with a drive for excellence
• Hands-on leadership style, willing to lead from the front
• Availability for mid-shifts, evenings, and 3-4 Saturdays per month
• Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs regularly
• Calm and consistent in a fast-paced environment
• Commitment to personal and professional growth
