Employee benefits vary by role, however, may include Health and Wellness, Mental Health, Retirement Savings, Life and Disability, Paid Maternity and Parental Leave, Paid Time Off, Tuition Reimbursement, and an Employee Assistance Program.Compensation $138,300.00 - $207,500.00Key ResponsibilitiesOversight of the Six Government Business SystemsAccounting System Compliance — Ensure the accounting system meets DFARS adequacy criteria, supports cost segregation, and provides reliable cost data for government contracting.Estimating System Compliance — Oversee estimating policies, cost/price proposal controls, and compliance with Truthful Cost or Pricing Data requirements.Purchasing System Compliance — Monitor subcontract management, source selection, price analysis, and supplier oversight to meet DFARS purchasing system standards.EVMS Compliance — Support EVMS surveillance, control account integrity, performance measurement baselines, and reporting accuracy.MMAS Compliance — Ensure material planning, inventory accuracy, and cost allocation processes meet DFARS MMAS criteria.Property Management System Compliance — Oversee government property tracking, reporting, and loss investigation processes.Compliance Program LeadershipInternal Control Development — Design and maintain internal controls aligned to DFARS adequacy criteria for each system.Audit Management — Lead DCAA/DCMA audits, coordinate evidence, and manage corrective action plans.Risk Assessments — Conduct system‑level risk analyses and implement mitigation strategies.Policy & Procedure Governance — Maintain compliant, up‑to‑date policies for all six systems.Training & Awareness — Deliver training to system owners, buyers, estimators, program managers, and property custodians.Continuous Monitoring — Implement ongoing surveillance, control testing, and compliance dashboards.Full timePosting Date: 2026-07-28
