Duties include loading, unloading, lifting, moving materials, and other general labor functions as assigned. Essential Duties & Responsibilities To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to carry out each essential duty satisfactorily. Other related duties may be assigned. Perform general manual labor, including: Lifting, carrying, and moving materials. Loading and unloading trucks or other vehicles. Digging, refilling, and general site preparation tasks. Assisting team members with various operational duties as needed. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Follow all safety procedures and instructions from supervisors. Perform additional duties as assigned. Supervisory Responsibilities This position has no supervisory responsibilities. QualificationsWhat We’re Looking For Prior experience in general labor, warehouse, sanitation, or recycling is helpful—but not required. Comfortable with physical, hands-on work including bending, lifting, standing, and sorting for extended periods. Willing to work in outdoor or warehouse environments and wear provided PPE.
