Schedule:

• Monday: 9:00 AM 3:00 PM
• Tuesday: 8:00 AM 4:30 PM
• Thursday: 8:30 AM 5:30 PM
• Friday: 8:30 AM 5:30 PM
• Saturday: 8:45 AM 2:00 PM (two per month)

Qualifications

• DDS/DMD degree from US accredited dental school or residency program
• Active Florida dental license
• Active Federal DEA and applicable certifications
• 2 or more years professional clinical experience preferred
• Bilingual in English & Spanish
