C ompensation Package
- Salary Range : $60,000 - $70,000 annually
- Benefits : Comprehensive benefits package (details available upon request)
- Manage and service a portfolio of commercial lines accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
- Handle all aspects of account servicing, including policy renewals, endorsements, and claims assistance.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, carriers, and team members.
- Provide expert advice and solutions tailored to clients' unique insurance needs, with a focus on agriculture and other industries such as churches, restaurants, manufacturing, and trucking.
- Utilize the Nexsure management system to maintain accurate records and streamline workflows.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless operations and exceptional service delivery.
- 1-2 years of experience in commercial lines account management, with a proven ability to service accounts from start to finish.
- Familiarity with the Nexsure management system is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of insurance products and services, particularly in the agriculture sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A track record of job stability and a commitment to professional growth.
