Commercial Lines Account Manager
Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a team. This role is ideal for professionals with 1-2 years of experience in servicing accounts from A-Z, particularly in industries such as agriculture, churches, restaurants, manufacturing, and trucking. If you are a team player with a strong work ethic and a passion for delivering exceptional client service, we encourage you to apply.
C ompensation Package

Salary Range : $60,000 - $70,000 annually
Benefits : Comprehensive benefits package (details available upon request)

Responsibilities

Manage and service a portfolio of commercial lines accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
Handle all aspects of account servicing, including policy renewals, endorsements, and claims assistance.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, carriers, and team members.
Provide expert advice and solutions tailored to clients' unique insurance needs, with a focus on agriculture and other industries such as churches, restaurants, manufacturing, and trucking.
Utilize the Nexsure management system to maintain accurate records and streamline workflows.
Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless operations and exceptional service delivery.

Qualifications/Requirements

1-2 years of experience in commercial lines account management, with a proven ability to service accounts from start to finish.
Familiarity with the Nexsure management system is highly preferred.
Strong understanding of insurance products and services, particularly in the agriculture sector.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
A track record of job stability and a commitment to professional growth.
