Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Dentist to join our small group practice as an Independent Practitioner. This role involves providing comprehensive dental care through regular patient appointments and on-call emergency duties. The ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise in dental procedures, patient care, and infection control, contributing to the overall health and satisfaction of our patients in a collaborative team setting.

Responsibilities

Conduct patient examinations and diagnose dental conditions
Perform various dental procedures and develop treatment plans
Educate patients on oral health and preventive care
Maintain accurate patient records and adhere to infection control protocols
Collaborate with the dental team to ensure quality care
Sterilize dental equipment and manage clinic hygiene
Provide emergency dental care as needed

Preferred Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of experience in dental practice
DDS or DMD degree
Valid state dental license
Proficiency in oral examination and dental procedures
Strong patient care and infection control skills
Experience with dental radiology
Excellent communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities
