Job Details:

• Required Qualifications: Active Blue Card, Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI) certification, ability to assess patients' mental health status, develop individualized care plans, administer psychiatric medications, and provide crisis intervention.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with therapeutic communication and mental health care planning.
• Float: Float rotation may be required where greatest need exists.
• Additional Information:
  • The role supports a variety of units including adolescent, adult, and senior care units, each with specific patient populations and staffing needs.
  • Documentation is managed via a Meditech system.
  • The position requires adherence to ICARE values and AIDET communication principles to ensure compassionate patient care.
  • Candidates must be able to work a schedule that includes nights, with shifts spanning 12 hours.
