Zendesk is seeking a Global Director of Sales Operations to transform its GTM operating model with AI, automation, and modern tooling. You will design intelligent agents and agentic experiences that augment GTM teams, drive scalable automation, and connect data, workflows, and AI to improve execution across the customer lifecycle.
