Senior Financial Accountant: Acquisitions & Intercompany

Job Overview – Senior Financial Accountant – 34334 We are seeking a Senior Financial Accountant to support complex accounting activities related to acquisitions, investments, and corporate transactions. This role offers exposure to financial reporting, technical accounting, month-end close, and process improvement initiatives within a large, dynamic organization. Compensation: To $95K. Job Overview – Senior Financial Accountant – 34334 We are seeking a Senior Financial Accountant to support complex accounting activities related to acquisitions, investments, and corporate transactions. This role offers exposure to financial reporting, technical accounting, month-end close, and process improvement initiatives within a large, dynamic organization. Job Responsibilities Lead post-acquisition accounting activities, including integration support, financial analysis, and off-ledger reporting Review and record equity method investments Coordinate intercompany accounting activity across multiple business units Prepare journal entries and support month-end close activities Complete timely and accurate balance sheet reconciliations Support annual audit activities by preparing schedules and requested documentation Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities Prepare ad hoc financial analyses and reporting for management Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; CPA or CPA candidate preferred 2–5 years of accounting or finance experience within public accounting and/or industry Understanding of US GAAP and IFRS accounting principles Public accounting experience is a plus Experience with internal controls, SOX compliance, or audit support preferred Experience with ERP or financial reporting systems such as SAP, Hyperion, or Essbase is beneficial Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams Additional Job Details Workplace Policy: Seniority Level: Associate LinkedIn Poster: About Our Process We will notify you if you are selected as a candidate for this role.
