Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Operating Room to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide perioperative nursing care for patients undergoing surgical procedures.
• Assist with the preparation and disposal of instruments and supplies.
• Collaborate effectively with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical technologists.
• Maintain compliance with universal safety protocols during surgical procedures.
• Support patient care by circulating and scrubbing as needed.
• Ensure accurate documentation of patient medical records and operative reports.

Qualifications

• Current and valid CA Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Minimum one year of experience in an operating room setting.
• BLS Certification required.
• Experience with Epic charting system preferred.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including variable hours as required.
• Willing to float between hospitals if needed.
