Travel Outpatient Physical Therapist - $1,788 per week

TNAA TotalMed Allied is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a travel assignment in Lakewood, Colorado. Position Overview Duration: 13 weeks Hours: 40 hours per week, 8‑hour days Shift: 8 hours per day Employment Type: Travel Job ID: #1397132 Responsibilities Evaluate, develop, and execute a comprehensive plan of care for a variety of patient populations in an acute care setting. Supervise PTAs and support staff such as therapy technicians. Bill within the setting, following guidelines and facility protocols. Understand and comply with the rules and regulations of the respective PT board and state. Interface with medical center personnel and physicians to ensure a team‑focused plan of care. Understand and utilize adaptive equipment. Evaluate patients, create and modify care plans based on patient condition. Use medical center computer systems for daily tasks. Provide timely and accurate documentation per state and/or insurance guidelines. Qualifications Minimum 6 months of experience (new graduates encouraged to apply). Valid BLS certification. State‑specific licensure in Physical Therapy. Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology. Ability to stand, walk, bend, lean, and stoop for extended periods.
