Duties

Administer botulinum toxin injections and dermal fillers with precision, ensuring safety and optimal results for each client
Perform a wide range of aesthetic treatments including chemical peels, dermabrasion, laser therapy, body waxing, hair threading, eyelash extensions, makeup application, and hair styling
Conduct consultations to assess client needs, explain treatment options, and develop personalized treatment plans
Maintain strict sanitation protocols and ensure all equipment is properly sterilized according to industry standards
Manage client communication effectively, providing education on post-treatment care and addressing any concerns or questions
Promote aesthetic services and products through engaging demos, social media management, and retail sales techniques
Utilize salon software such as Millennium or MINDBODY for scheduling appointments, tracking client records, and managing retail inventory
Support front desk operations by assisting with guest services, appointment bookings, and maintaining a welcoming environment
Stay current on industry trends and advancements in aesthetic treatments to continually enhance service quality

Skills

Proven experience working in the beauty or aesthetics industry with expertise in injection administration of botulinum toxin and dermal fillers
Strong knowledge of esthetic laser treatments, chemical peels, dermabrasion, body waxing, hair extensions, eyelash extensions, makeup application, and other aesthetic procedures
Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate clients clearly about treatment options and aftercare instructions
Management skills to coordinate appointments efficiently using salon management software like Millennium or MINDBODY
Exceptional customer service skills to create a positive client experience from consultation through follow-up visits
Ability to perform sanitation procedures meticulously to uphold safety standards in all treatments performed
Experience with social media management for marketing services and engaging with the community online
Knowledge of retail sales techniques including upselling products during client visits
Familiarity with various cosmetology disciplines such as hair styling, barbering, tattooing, nail care, color theory, straight razor shaving, and hair threading is a plus
Strong organizational skills for managing multiple appointments while maintaining high-quality service delivery
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while demonstrating professionalism and enthusiasm

Pay: $35.00 - $100.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15.0 - 40.0 per week
