Fintech Product Counsel: Regulatory & Contract Lead

ClarityPay is seeking a Product Counsel to join our growing fintech and lead regulatory and commercial contracting support. This foundational legal hire will serve as an in-house generalist focusing on consumer and small business lending regulations and product development.
Based in New York, NY, the role reports to the Chief Legal & Compliance Officer and collaborates with compliance, risk, and product teams to translate regulatory changes into practical guidance, policies, and scalable
