Loan Servicing Specialist

A client of Insight Global is seeking a Loan Servicing Specialist to support key operational workflows related to loan servicing and financial processing. This individual will be responsible for managing day-to-day servicing activities, ensuring accuracy, and supporting process improvements to enhance efficiency.
The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, comfortable working in structured workflows, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Pay ranges from $26-$29/hr

Required Skills & Experience

3+ years of experience in loan servicing, financial operations, or banking operations
Strong understanding of loan lifecycle processes (payments, servicing, documentation, etc.)
Experience working with financial systems or servicing platforms
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams


Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience supporting process optimization or workflow improvements
Exposure to enterprise financial institutions or lending environments
Familiarity with reporting or reconciliation processes
Experience working in structured, SLAs-driven environments
