Guest Services Coordinator

Job Description

Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and service-oriented Guest Services Coordinator to join Fresh Salon Co.—Sarasota’s hub for professional beauty talent. This position is critical in ensuring our salon runs smoothly, our guests feel valued, and our service team is fully supported. This role requires a polished, personable, and highly organized individual who thrives in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet guests and manage check-in/check-out procedures with professionalism and warmth
Answer phones, book appointments, and support online booking inquiries
Maintain a clean, welcoming front desk area
Manage retail product sales and inventory tracking
Support stylists with schedule management and guest coordination
Assist with guest conflict resolution and service recovery when needed
Represent Fresh Salon Co. with poise and enthusiasm at all times

Required Qualifications:

1–2 years in a front desk, receptionist, or guest service role (salon/spa/hospitality industry preferred)
Excellent communication and multitasking skills
Tech-savvy; comfortable with POS and booking systems
Team player with a calm, solutions-oriented attitude
Weekend and evening availability
