What You’ll Do Build accurate quotes and system designs for CCTV & access control projects Guide clients from first conversation through installation and beyond Follow up on estimates and help convert opportunities into long-term clients Coordinate with installation teams to ensure smooth project execution Train customers on our software and ensure long-term satisfaction Act as the bridge between customers and technical support to solve challenges quickly Help create a "red carpet" customer experience from start to finish What We’re Looking For Experience in account management, estimating, or inside sales Strong communication skills — you’re comfortable leading conversations Detail-oriented and highly organized across multiple projects Tech-comfortable (CCTV, construction, or low-voltage experience is a plus) A problem-solver who takes ownership and follows through Someone who genuinely cares about clients and team success Why This Role is Different Long-term relationships matter here — our clients stay with us for years Work with advanced security systems that go far beyond industry norms Tight-knit team that actually enjoys working together Real growth path into technical sales, project management, or leadership We invest in people who want to grow.
