Associate Attorney

Associate Attorney Duties: - Conduct legal research and analysis on various legal issues - Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and contracts - Assist with case management and preparation for litigation - Participate in negotiations and settlement discussions - Represent clients in court proceedings and hearings - Provide legal advice and guidance to clients - Collaborate with senior attorneys and partners on complex cases - Maintain accurate and organized case files and documentation Requirements: - Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school - Active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction - Strong research and analytical skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to negotiate effectively on behalf of clients - Experience with legal drafting, including pleadings and contracts - Knowledge of litigation procedures and courtroom etiquette - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Experience 5-8 years litigation experience minimum - Spanish Speaking, Bilingual a plus We offer professional development opportunities.
