The Parts Associate plays a vital role in ensuring efficient parts sales and inventory management within a small team environment. This position is ideal for detail-oriented individuals who possess strong customer service skills and have a basic understanding of powersports. The role involves managing parts inventory, processing orders, coordinating with suppliers, and maintaining accurate records using a basic electronic inventory system.

Responsibilities

• Manage parts sales and process customer orders accurately
• Maintain inventory through stock replenishment and record keeping
• Identify parts and provide detailed product knowledge to customers
• Coordinate regularly with suppliers, including negotiation and returns processing
• Deliver exceptional customer service tailored to powersports and related products
• Use a basic electronic inventory system to track stock levels
• Support a small team of 2-5 people with efficient parts operations

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years experience in parts sales or inventory management
• Familiarity with inventory management systems
• Strong customer service and communication skills
