With a focus on safety, performance, and employee development, Turner Mining Group partners with clients to execute mining operations with excellence.Position SummaryTurner Mining Group is seeking a driven and resourceful Recruiter to support full-cycle recruiting efforts for field and corporate positions. This role is critical in attracting top talent within the mining, construction, and heavy equipment industries. The Recruiter will partner closely with operations leaders to identify workforce needs and deliver high-quality candidates in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the full-cycle recruiting process for hourly and salaried positions, including field operations rolesPartner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and job requirementsDevelop creative sourcing strategies to attract candidates in competitive labor marketsSource candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and industry networksScreen resumes and conduct phone interviews to assess candidate qualificationsCoordinate interviews and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring teamsMaintain a strong pipeline of skilled trades and equipment operator candidatesEnsure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring processTrack recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill and cost-per-hireTravel occasionally to job sites, career fairs, or hiring events as neededMaintain compliance with employment laws and company hiring practicesQualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in construction, mining, or industrial sectorsExperience recruiting for skilled trades or heavy equipment roles preferredStrong sourcing and networking skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesAbility to manage multiple open requisitions in a fast-paced environmentProficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruiting platformsPreferred QualificationsExperience in high-volume or field-based recruitingFamiliarity with mining or construction workforce challengesAbility to travel to remote job sitesHR or recruiting certifications (SHRM, PHR, etc.)Key CompetenciesRelationship building with candidates and hiring managersAdaptability in a dynamic, project-driven environmentStrong organizational and time-management skillsProblem-solving and persistence in hard-to-fill rolesCommitment to safety and company valuesWork EnvironmentHybrid or office-based with occasional travel to job sitesFast-paced, team-oriented environment supporting field operations Turner Mining Group
