The Senior Product Manager, Ads Quality will lead the strategy and evolution of advertising quality systems within a fast-growing digital marketplace.
This role sits at the intersection of product management, machine learning, advertising technology, and marketplace optimization.
The successful candidate will define product direction for auction systems, ranking signals, and quality frameworks that improve advertiser outcomes and user experiences.

Accountabilities:

The Senior Product Manager, Ads Quality will own the product vision, roadmap, and execution strategy for systems that improve advertising quality, relevance, and marketplace performance.

• Define and manage the product vision and roadmap for ads quality systems, including auction mechanics, marketplace balance, ranking signals, and relevance optimization.
• Drive strategies that increase experimentation velocity across advertising quality initiatives while maintaining strong measurement standards and product integrity.
• Partner closely with machine learning engineers, ads engineers, data teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to translate technical capabilities into clear product requirements.
• Develop frameworks and processes that enable faster testing, learning, and iteration across complex advertising systems.
• Define key success metrics and analyze performance data to guide product decisions and measure business impact.
• Balance competing priorities across advertiser performance, user experience, and overall marketplace health.
• Communicate product strategy, tradeoffs, and progress clearly to senior stakeholders and partner teams.
• Navigate a fast-changing environment by making informed decisions despite uncertainty and evolving business needs.
• Identify opportunities to improve advertising relevance, quality signals, and marketplace efficiency through innovative product solutions.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have strong product management experience in advertising technology, data-driven products, and machine learning-enabled platforms.

• 2+ years of product management experience in online advertising, ad tech, retail media, or a closely related field.
• Demonstrated understanding of auction mechanics, bidding systems, ad ranking, relevance signals, or advertising quality frameworks.
• 2+ years of experience partnering directly with machine learning teams or managing ML-driven products.
• Ability to participate in technical discussions around machine learning models, evaluation methods, product tradeoffs, and system performance.
• Proven experience building and executing product roadmaps in complex, data-rich environments.
• Strong analytical skills with experience using data, experimentation, and metrics to drive product decisions.
• Experience collaborating with engineering, analytics, design, and business teams to deliver impactful products.
• Familiarity with large language models (LLMs) and their potential applications in advertising or ranking systems is a plus.
• Experience working with production advertising models, relevance systems, auction optimization, or quality filtering is preferred.
• Experience in retail media networks, demand-side platforms, or supply-side platforms is highly valued.
• Comfortable operating in ambiguous, high-growth environments and building structure where processes are still evolving.
