They are brand ambassadors who build energy and excitement around our products and services. They thrive in a fast-paced environment where technology innovation, customer needs, and the retail experience continuously evolve. They immerse themselves in significant connections with our customers and build new and deeper relationships. This learning role involves working with a team and proactively building skills and proficiencies. Successful completion of new-employee training is required. Job Responsibilities Build proficiency related to serving and selling to our customers, while providing a world-class customer experience and building loyalty by: Helping customers pick up right where they left off in their shopping journey, whether online, through Customer Care or in-store. Exploring individual needs and providing hands-on demonstrations of the latest technology in-store. Side-by-side selling to find personalized solutions that keep customers connected, including unique accessories and cutting-edge IoT devices. Approaching service and sales needs with composure, integrity, and compassion. Using digital tools to demonstrate coverage, plan benefits, and the in-store experience. Continuously learning about innovations in wireless and technology. Collaborating with other T-Mobile employees across channels to resolve issues and create a seamless experience. Identifying and handing off small-business leads. Supporting team initiatives and creating an inclusive environment. Qualifications Passionate customer advocate who enjoys connecting and having fun. Competitive drive and proven ability to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment. Willingness to work alongside peers and store leaders, sharing ideas and resolving issues. Effective at balancing customer needs and performance goals. At least 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience; retail environment preferred. Requirements At least 18 years of age.
