Electrical Superintendent

Our Employee‑Owned company has immediate full-time openings for an Electrical Superintendent. This position will work across Industrial, Commercial, Healthcare, Federal, and Wastewater sectors, and be part of an amazing and GROWING team! All positions are regular, full‑time, and benefits eligible. Pay range is dependent on experience, skills, and knowledge. This position requires a decisive leader with a passion for hands‑on work in outdoor environments. A strong drive for construction project management is a must, as well as the ability to work collaboratively within a team‑based environment. Immediate contributions are expected. Job Duties Lead and oversee craft workers assigned to specific areas of responsibility, utilizing all resources effectively Ensure compliance with project procedures, safety requirements, work rules, and applicable regulations Document all violations, notify project management, and recommend corrective actions as needed. Conduct accident investigations when required Ensure compliance with all company, client, and project policies, standards, and procedures Motivate team members to achieve objectives and maintain a high standard of work Plan, coordinate, and supervise onsite functions such as scheduling, engineering, and material control Organize and plan the work for which you are responsible, ensuring all necessary materials, tools, and information are prepared in advance Maintain a daily job journal detailing actual events, decisions, and progress Compensation & Benefits Total compensation is dependent on experience and knowledge Positive and inclusive work environment Stable, innovative, and culturally diverse electrical contractor with a growth‑oriented culture Opportunities for advancement and professional growth Employee‑owned stock purchase program 401K match program Paid holidays and vacation/sick time Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and life insurance options Requirements High School Diploma or GED required Positive safety attitude and personal integrity Strong customer service orientation and team player; ability to create and maintain strong customer relationships Must possess a valid driver's license and maintain a driving record that meets company insurance requirements.
