In this role, you'll help ensure exceptional guest satisfaction by maintaining our high product and service quality standards while supporting the day-to-day operations of the hotel in alignment with 1 Hotels brand standards. Whether you're welcoming guests arriving from across the globe or just around the corner, you'll create a friendly atmosphere of genuine hospitality while helping foster a collaborative and engaging team environment.About you...Passionate about luxury hospitality, guest service, and creating exceptional guest experiences.A post-secondary diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.1-3 years of experience within the Rooms Division, preferably in Front Office, at a luxury hotel.Previous experience in a lead or supervisory capacity within a quality luxury hotel brand is preferred. Strong knowledge of Front Office operations and a commitment to maintaining exceptional guest satisfaction and operational excellence.A collaborative team player who leads by example and thrives in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.Professional appearance and demeanor that reflects the 1 Hotels brand and culture.Comfortable standing and moving throughout the shift as required.Flexible and available to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays to support a 24-hour hotel operation.As a mission-driven company, our purpose is our true north, and our compass guides the way.
