Swim School Manager – SafeSplash Swim SchoolPosition Overview

SafeSplash Swim School is seeking an organized, energetic, and leadership-driven Swim School Manager to oversee daily operations, staff development, customer experience, and community engagement at our swim school. This role is ideal for someone passionate about aquatics, team leadership, and creating a positive environment for families and swimmers of all ages.

The Swim School Manager will lead front desk and instructional teams, maintain high safety and service standards, support enrollment growth, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Requirements:

Key Responsibilities Leadership & Team Management

• Supervise and support swim instructors, deck supervisors, and front desk staff
• Training team members
• Provide coaching, performance feedback, and ongoing staff development
• Maintain a positive, professional, and team-oriented workplace culture
• Ensure staff follows SafeSplash standards, policies, and safety procedures

Customer Experience

• Deliver excellent customer service to families and students
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently
• Build strong relationships with members and maintain high retention
• Support class placements, evaluations, and program recommendations

Operations & Administration

• Oversee daily swim school operations and facility readiness
• Staffing coverage, and program flow
• Monitor class quality and instructor performance
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and communication logs
• Ensure compliance with company policies and aquatic safety standards

Sales & Community Engagement

• Support membership growth and enrollment goals
• Promote swim camps, events, and seasonal programs
• Coordinate partnerships, local outreach, and community events
• Assist with social media content, newsletters, and in-house promotions
• Help implement marketing initiatives and corporate playbook strategies

Qualifications

• Previous leadership or management experience preferred
• Aquatics, swim school, childcare, hospitality, or customer service background strongly preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable leading teams and handling customer concerns
• CPR/AED and First Aid certifications preferred (or willingness to obtain)
• Passion for water safety and child development
