Purpose To provide support, assistance, and supervision to persons with intellectual and developmental disabilities to enable them to live valued lives in the community. Qualifications Successfully complete the required pre‑employment background and drug screening. Possess a valid Driver’s License with all necessary endorsements and a minimum of 3 years of driving experience. Possess basic computer skills. High School Diploma or equivalent (required by work location). Minimum one year of experience working in the human services field (required by work location). Essential Functions Identify and report any suspected abuse or violations of an individual’s rights. Provide support, assistance, and supervision to meet the needs and goals of the individuals according to their plans. Ensure that each individual’s training, behavior, and support programs are implemented and documented in accordance with regulatory requirements. Protect the health, safety, and well‑being of the individuals at all times. Provide a positive, reinforcing environment that promotes independence and choice. Follow positioning schedules, use proper equipment, and assistive devices per plan. Provide the necessary level of assistance for appropriate diet, texture, and equipment. Ensure all homes, outside areas, and vehicles are well maintained and organized. Perform all other duties as assigned. Compensation and Benefits Hourly: $15.68. The pay range represents the base hourly rate that the company in good faith believes it will pay. Final compensation is determined by geographic location, skills, education, and experience.
