As an MRI Technologist, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality imaging services. You will be responsible for performing a variety of routine and specialized MRI procedures for inpatients, outpatients, and emergency department patients of all ages. Your expertise will ensure that each procedure is conducted with precision and care, adhering to the highest standards of safety and quality.

• Perform MRI studies and administer contrast media using age-related technical and positioning protocols
• Verify physician orders and consult with radiologists as necessary
• Prepare patients for exams and provide education and instruction
• Evaluate MRI images for technical quality
• Operate and maintain MRI equipment, performing warm-up, calibration, and safety checks
• Assist radiologists with MR procedures as requested
• Adhere to MRI safety standards and department policies
• Need 1 year of recent GE MRI experience
• BLS Certification required
• ARRT Certification required (AMRIT not considered)
