Project ManagerLaland Baptiste, LLC is seeking an experienced Project Manager for a large, complex phased renovation project in Albany, NY. The ideal candidate will have strong construction management experience overseeing large-scale renovations involving multiple phases, contractors, and stakeholders.ResponsibilitiesManage and oversee all phases of the renovation project.Coordinate contractors, architects, engineers, consultants, and stakeholders.Monitor project schedules, budgets, construction progress, and quality.Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation.Coordinate construction phasing, sequencing, and site logistics.Identify and resolve construction, schedule, and coordination issues.Lead project meetings and provide regular progress updates.Support project closeout and turnover.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field.PE preferred, but not required.Strong Project Management/Construction Management experience.Experience with large, complex, phased renovation projects required.Experience with occupied or operational facilities preferred.Public-sector or institutional construction experience is a plus.Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Benefits of Working at Laland Baptiste: Medical / Prescription Plan Dental / Vision Plan Life Insurance Short / Long Term Disability Plan Flexible Spending Accounts 401K Vacation, Holiday, and Personal Days Sick Leave Baptiste University - Continuing Education Laland Baptiste LLC, is an Equal Opportunity Employer
