Requirements Key Responsibilities:
- Operate the automated pick system to fulfill orders accurately and efficiently.
- Retrieve and pack items according to order specifications.
- Ensure all orders are correctly labeled and prepared for shipment.
- Regularly lift and move products, with weights up to 7 pounds.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures.
- Assist with inventory management, including restocking and organizing products as needed.
- Communicate any issues or discrepancies to the Fulfillment Manager.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in a warehouse or order fulfillment environment is a plus.
- Ability to lift at least 7 pounds regularly.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Familiarity with automated picking systems is an advantage.
- Warehouse environment with exposure to varying temperatures.
- Regularly required to stand, walk, and lift during the shift.
- May be required to work overtime or flexible hours based on business needs.
