Production Line Lead - $21/hr, Climate Controlled

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour DOE
Schedule: Monday - Friday | 1st Shift
We are seeking a Production Line Lead to oversee daily production activities, ensure quality standards are met, and help maintain a safe, efficient manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities:

Lead, train, and motivate production line associates.

Ensure production schedules and productivity goals are met.

Maintain compliance with cGMP, SQF, and company quality standards.

Perform quality inspections throughout the production process.

Monitor production equipment and notify maintenance of any issues.

Verify packaging materials, lot numbers, expiration dates, and product accuracy.

Assist with machine setup and startup procedures.

Load, unload, palletize, and package finished products.

Maintain accurate production records.

Enforce safety procedures and maintain excellent housekeeping practices.

Train new employees on production processes and safety expectations.

Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to resolve production issues

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED

1-2 years of experience in a food, pharmaceutical, or manufacturing environment

Previous experience working under Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP)

Leadership or team lead experience

Strong math and problem-solving skills

Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English

Quality Control experience (Preferred)

Additional education in Manufacturing, Industrial Technology, or a related field (Preferred)

Physical Requirements:

Stand and walk for extended periods

Frequently bend, reach, twist, and lift

Regularly lift 25-50 lbs

Occasionally lift up to 70 lbs
