- Assemble small components using manual dexterity
- Operate and adjust testing equipment to support workflow efficiency
- Fit parts to precise/close tolerances to ensure correct function
- Participate in problem-solving to identify root cause of issues
- Work mandatory overtime when required, including weekends
- Minimum two years of experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Strong understanding of assembly operations
- Ability to read and follow standard work instructions
- Experience working with blueprints, drawings, charts, specifications, or verbal instructions
- Machine Operator / Manufacturing Assembly experience
- Reading and using blueprints and technical instructions
- Fitting parts to close tolerances
- Root cause problem solving
- Soldering experience (a plus)
