Quick Facts Location: Spokane, WA Start Date: 08/14/2026 Shift: Inpatient weekend coverage (Friday 5pm – Sunday 5pm or Saturday 7am – Monday 7am) Schedule: 3 weekends per month, ongoing Hours/Week: Varies based on shifts Employment Type: Locum Tenens License/Certs: Active WA State License or IMLC, BC in OB-GYN, DEA required Experience: Prior OB-GYN inpatient or hospital coverage preferred Pay & Benefits Hourly Rate: $1.00/hour (Note: pay details to be clarified upon application) Pay package discussed upon application Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2), paid sick time Robust referral bonus program Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable 24/7 dedicated team to support your placement and ongoing success What You’ll Do Provide inpatient obstetrics and gynecology care during scheduled weekend shifts Manage labor and delivery, postpartum, and gynecological emergencies Collaborate with hospital staff to ensure quality patient care Document patient encounters accurately and timely Maintain compliance with hospital protocols and licensing requirements Support hospital team with on-call coverage during assigned weekends Participate in ongoing patient care responsibilities as needed during shifts What You Need Active Washington State Medical License or Interim Medical License Compact (IMLC) Board-certified in OB-GYN DEA license Minimum of 1 year of recent inpatient OB-GYN experience Strong clinical skills in labor, delivery, and gynecological emergencies Excellent communication and team collaboration skills About the Assignment Join a welcoming, patient-focused hospital in Spokane, WA, providing critical OB-GYN inpatient services.
