Requirements
1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
6 months of flatbed experience
No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

Benefits

$5,000 sign-on bonus
CPM $0.70 base + $0.10 CPM safety/productivity bonus
Home time: 2 weeks out, 2 nights home

Load Pay
Empty Miles: Paid at the same CPM as loaded miles (company drivers only)
Extra Stops: $50 per additional stop
Detention Pay: $25 per hour after the first 2 hours
Layover Pay: $175 for every 24 hours
Orientation Pay: $150

Role Overview:

Pilot modern flatbed tractors fitted with APUs, inverters, and sleeper berths.
Load, secure, and tarp freight to meet safety standards.
Keep precise logs and coordinate efficient route planning.

We offer strong mileage pay, safety/productivity bonuses, and a $5,000 sign-on award. Enjoy scheduled home time, full health and retirement benefits, and expert maintenance support. Class A CDL and 12+ months OTR flatbed experience required.
