Associate Attorney

Skinner Fawcett LLP, an established Boise firm specializing in public finance, real property, and housing law, seeks an Associate Attorney with 2–5 years of experience. This position offers unique growth opportunities in secured transactions, property security, loan servicing, and various complex finance matters. Responsibilities Draft pleadings, legal memoranda, and conduct specialized research. Manage limited court appearances and client advocacy. Support an established general counsel practice across a portfolio of housing and finance clients. Qualifications Admission to the Idaho State Bar (required); additional licensing in surrounding states preferred. 2–5 years of legal experience , ideally in real estate, litigation, or commercial transactions. Strong drafting and communication skills , with an emphasis on clarity and precision. Proactive mindset , with the ability to work independently while collaborating on complex transactions.
