Restaurant Team Member Responsibilities Serve as an ambassador bringing warmth to every guest interaction. Execute duties in production, prep, service, cashier, expo, drive-thru, barista, guest experience champion, QC, etc. according to assigned area. Greet every guest with genuine warmth and enthusiasm. Assemble fresh salads, soups, and sandwiches with care, accuracy, and efficiency. Assist guests at entry, cashier, and dining areas while maintaining a clean and safe environment. Follow food safety standards and cleaning protocols. Stay informed about daily priorities and adapt to changes with a positive attitude. Support team success by completing cleaning, stocking duties and helping set up the next shift. Qualifications Minimum age 16 years or older. Able to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods. Excellent verbal communication skills and ability to understand directions in a loud environment. Strong interpersonal skills and a desire to make people smile. Passion for creating moments of comfort, connection, and joy for every guest. Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and multitask with ease. Reliability, punctuality, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Completion of basic food safety understanding and practice training (Food Handler’s Card, as required by law). Food‑service experience preferred but not required.
