This role works closely with clinical and administrative teams to coordinate admissions, manage documentation, and serve as a welcoming first point of contact.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary point of contact for prospective residents, families, hospitals, and referral sourcesCoordinate and schedule admissions, including pre-admission assessments and required documentationAssist with insurance verification, authorizations, and financial eligibility processesMaintain accurate records in compliance with federal, state, and facility regulationsProvide facility tours and answer questions for residents and familiesCollaborate with nursing, social services, and administrative teams to ensure seamless admissionsPrepare and distribute admission packets and follow up on required paperworkSupport outreach and marketing efforts as neededQualificationsPrior experience in admissions, healthcare, or long-term care strongly preferredKnowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and insurance verification processesExcellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skillsStrong organizational skills and attention to detailProficiency with Microsoft Office and electronic health record (EHR) systemsAbility to handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentialityIf you’re looking for a weekend role where your organizational skills and compassion truly make a difference, Rock Creek Care Center is the place for you.Apply today and help us create a welcoming first impression for every resident.We are an equal opportunity employer.
