What You’ll Do:
- Provide compassionate, patient-centered care including medication administration and monitoring vital signs.
- Assist patients with daily living activities, ensuring comfort and safety.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Educate patients and families on health management and prevention.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment following infection control standards.
Requirements
- Completion of an accredited practical nursing program.
- Current, valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
- Strong clinical skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
- Passion for delivering compassionate, patient-centered care.
