It’s one of the fastest-growing divisions within Withings, and we’re building the team to match.The role in one sentenceYou will own a book of business end-to-end: from first outreach through contract close and handoff, positioning Withings’ connected health solutions to digital health programs across the US.This is a hybrid role based in our Boston, MA office (minimum 3 days/week in office), with occasional travel to customer meetings, trade shows, and industry events.What you’ll doBuild and manage your own pipeline through assigned leads, self-prospecting, trade shows, and industry events: you own your book of business.Take a consultative approach to every deal: understand each prospect’s business model, clinical goals, and KPIs before proposing a solution.Guide prospects from first contact through contract negotiation and go-live, partnering with solutions engineers, logistics, finance, and legal along the way.Build trusted relationships with key decision-makers and all stakeholders involved in the buying process.Coordinate new partner onboarding and a smooth handoff to the Account Management team, contributing to pipeline forecasting and device planning.Track all activity, opportunities, and accounts in Salesforce with discipline and accuracy.Stay close to digital health industry trends, understanding competitive moves, potential partners, and emerging opportunities to inform your outreach and grow the US business.Hit quarterly revenue and bookings targets while delivering a genuinely consultative experience for every prospect.RequirementsWhat you’ll bring2–4 years of B2B sales experience with a track record in a closing role: you’ve owned the full cycle, not just one part of it.Experience selling consultatively: you know how to listen before pitching, map value to a prospect’s specific needs, and navigate multiple stakeholders through a long sales cycle.Genuine enthusiasm for Withings’ preventive health mission and the role technology plays in improving lives.Strong product curiosity: you’re willing to go deep on how the tech works so you can advise prospects with real confidence.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present a deck naturally and adapt your approach to different audiences.Self-accountability: you manage your own pipeline, forecast honestly, and don’t wait to be chased.Resilience and adaptability: you stay diligent in a long cycle and adjust when priorities shift.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field.Bonus points forExperience in digital health, remote patient monitoring, or medical devices.Familiarity with healthcare, reimbursement models, and digital health.Experience working cross-functionally with global teams.BenefitsWhat we offerCompetitive base salary plus commission structure.Health coverage (Medical, Dental & Vision), life insurance, and short/long-term disability.6% 401(k) company match.Generous PTO including vacation, sick days, and public holidays; family leave (maternity & paternity).Fitness club reimbursement, Healthcare & Dependent Care FSA, Commuter FSA.Daily coffee & snacks in the Boston office, plus access to Withings products.Training & development investment — we want you to grow with the business.Job SummaryID: 2FAD732FD1Department: Sales, Planning & OpérationsType: full time
