We are seeking an Employment Specialist to join our team! You will perform activities in human resources from recruiting new hires to retaining existing hires.
Responsibilities:
- Screen, recruit, and interview potential associates
- On-board new associates
- Implement company culture, values and policies
- Coordinate events focused on associate recruitment
- Accurately maintain documentation on associates
- Professional client communications
Qualifications:
- Ability to build rapport with Clients
- Ability to build rapport with all employees
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to type 40 wpm
- Bi-Lingual a plus
