As a Night Auditor/Guest Services Agent, you will play a crucial role in ensuring guest satisfaction and supporting the smooth operation of our hotel.

What You'll Do:

• Audit & Balance: Ensure accurate reporting of room revenue, taxes, cashier reports, guest accounts, and food & beverage transactions.
• Guest Service Excellence: Welcome guests during check-in and check-out, assisting with any inquiries and special requests. Provide a warm, welcoming experience.
• Data Entry: Accurately input guest information, room rates, and payments into our system, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Problem Solving: Handle guest requests, complaints, and inquiries, providing solutions and following up for complete satisfaction.
• Safety & Security: Follow hotel safety procedures and ensure a secure environment for both guests and team members.
• Team Support: Assist with daily reports, assist other departments as needed, and maintain the cleanliness of the work area.

What We're Looking For:

• A high school diploma or equivalent (college degree is a plus).
• Previous hotel front desk or Marriott experience preferred but not required.
• Accounting background is helpful but not required.
• Ability to handle cash, credit transactions, and guest accounts with accuracy.
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• A positive, team-oriented attitude and willingness to provide outstanding guest service.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Physical Demands:

• This role requires standing for extended periods (75% of the time) and may involve light lifting.
