Physical Therapist Acute Care Full Time Days

Physical Therapist
The Physical Therapist is responsible for assessing patients and creating age-appropriate treatment plans to improve functional abilities. This role requires adherence to the Standards of Physical Therapy Practice and a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care. Responsibilities:
- Assess patients' physical condition and functional abilities.
- Develop individualized, age-appropriate treatment plans.
- Provide therapy to help patients improve mobility, strength, and independence.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
- Adhere to all professional standards of Physical Therapy Practice.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy (or higher).
- Licensed Physical Therapist.
- Current BLS/CPR certification (American Heart Association).
- Previous experience preferred.
